Thanks Lesa! The Flint Hills area is one of my favorite parts of Kansas. I have often wanted to be there and get a chance to photograph it when they do one of their annual burns but never seem to make it. On this trip through Kansas I was able to take some side roads and found one small area that was being burned that Spring day.

Good shot, Alan. I always love driving through them at night when they are burning. I'd never noticed how beautiful it could be like in this picture during the day.
